Chandler was so helpful and easy to deal with! I ended up moving states and she helped me with move-out questions and got everything sorted out for me. If it wasn't for her help, I don't know what I would have done. She went out of her way ensure everything worked out perfectly for me!
Beautifully designed pool with club house area, outdoor grills and a fire pit only add charm to what is already an upscale living experience similar to downtown but not in downtown whilst being a stone's throw away from Lower Greenville and Uptown as well as North Dallas shopping and all major highways. I've lived here since mid 2018 and I have never had such a friendly maintenance staff. Ramon Barrera is super nice and easy to talk to. He always has a smile on his face and prompt to follow up on any apartment repairs needed. He is one of the bigger reasons I'll probably be renewing my lease.
I am so glad that I stopped by Camden during my apartment search! The property was beautiful and amazingly kept up, and Jen was the bomb! When we were on tour she made me feel like I was a friend and really cared about my needs in my new apartment. When we were on tour, we also ran into several maintenance men who all smiled and asked me how I was. They were super nice and very friendly. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the Knox Henderson area. Love this place

Jeff from the maintenance team is not only a hard worker but so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable having a “stranger” work in my apartment. He is determined to get his job done and I can not thank him enough for coming after hours to take a look at my hot water tank! I do recommend the apartments, they are clean and well maintained, the stuff was super helpful and I got the chance to have a small talk with one of the Maintance guys Santos, he was friendly and kind enough to guide me to the main office.
