I have lived at Camden Belmont since last April and I’m now relocating to San Antonio and moving but couldn’t leave without saying how much I love this place! So sad there are no Camden communities in SA. As if my experience here hasn’t already been absolutely stellar...today, the day before I am moving out, I’m checking my mail for the last time and have 2 Big boxes that I’m clearly struggling to balance and find a way to get out of the mail room, down the hall, and up the stairs (all with my dog lol). I have lived at Camden Belmont for over a year now and I have had the best experience! The staff is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond to answer any questions/ concerns. Their maintenance request system is also great! I have had to submit a request 3 times and they have been quick and helpful every single time. Also- security is extremely important to me... I’m enjoying this place. It’s a real nice unit and I’ve got a pretty good view of downtown for a great price. I have it five stars because the staff goes out of the way to try and make your stay here a good one. Also, they love pets and there are parks walking distance from the complex, so that’s a plus. The gyms pretty great too. The negatives I have are minor inconveniences for the most part. Parking spots get hard to come by late at night. Love living here at Camden Belmont! The staff is amazing and I freaking love the Gym! Also, Maintenece is always super friendly and quick about getting Maintenece issues resolved. I have to shout out Richard, he always hooks me up with popcorn after he completes my service requests!
The property is nice, the units are nice, and the staff members are even nicer. ���

I have had an amazing experience living at Camden Belmont. I have lived in multiple complexes since college and Camden is by far the best! From the look of the building and the really comfortable living spaces to the AMAZING staff, it has been an awesome experience! I recommend working with Andrew Smith, he showed us the building when we first started looking and helped us every step of the way, even getting us into an upgraded apartment with everything we were looking for, for a great price!
