The staff at Camden Belmont has been so helpful with everything since I moved in. Their maintenance team also responds to my request and fixes any issues within the same day. The complex is very dog friendly and has a dog park. I also really like the resident perk card so we can get discounts at a handful of local restaurants in the area!

The good reviews have to be from people who don't actually live here or they received some sort of concession while moving in to post a good review. AVOID THIS APARTMENT AT ALL COST! My car was stolen, my bike was stolen, there are break-ins in the garage every other day, and packages are stolen constantly. Trash builds up. Someone was assaulted at our pool. The community board always includes something about their stuff being stolen or windows being broken. Management doesn't care about the safety of tenants. I have friends... read more

I have lived here since August of 2017. I have had little issues here and there but Sam & Arthur have been the best people to ever work with! Sam answers all emails and calls in a quick manner. Arthur is the best maintenance man here! He took it upon himself to call me regarding our water usage being extremely high and wanted to come do a test. Arthur called around 5:30pm Monday and was here first thing Tuesday morning to get everything done to help solve the issue when the previous maintenance staff ignored the issue told u... read more

Great place to live! Plenty of ammenities and walking distance to resturants and bars. Staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I’ve placed constant noise complaints over the past 4 months, nothing done. The security doesn’t have access to the building so they can’t do anything. You are expected to fix all your own issues because the security team doesn’t have access to the building and the onsite team couldn’t care less about the residence. The parking gates are constantly broken. It is not a safe environment.
