Very unprofessional.
Driver scraped my car as they drove past me, didn’t stop. I turn around to follow & caught up with them. Showed the damage to my car, they apologised & we exchanged details. I called to allow them to pay as it would have been cheaper for them than go through insurance appointed garages.. they never returned my call. Made my claim to insurance and this company has denied anything happened. This shows the lack of integrity of the business owner.
