Dr Cotterill, Dr Green and the reception staff, thank you, thank you, thank you for your kindness and help with this damn bug. Getting me an appointment so fast with Dr Green. Dr Cotterill providing me with antibiotics to clear it and take the pain away. The reception staff Sarah and Maisy for their kindness. Can't thank all of you enough, seriously. Absolutely useless! Made an emergency prescription on Friday, which was granted to be fair then told I had to attend An appointment today at 3 o’clock, which I left work early for only to be told why was I there! I gave Dr Mohammed the backstory of my condition and the MEDS that I needed only to be told he couldn’t do anything and didn’t want to prescribe the meds that I’ve been prescribed before and had to consult another doctor even though I’m in an immense amount of nerve pain due to back surgery!! still not heard nothing... read more
Thanks for the amazing service by your receptionists they promptly scheduled a telephone review appointment with the doctor. Whilst i acknowldege the unprecedented current challenges the surgery is experiencing, its the initiative and alertness of its staff to take an extra mile to satisfy the needs of patients. I salute you.your receptionists are so good at their jobs dont ever change them. They are all efficient and empathetic. Always a joy to talk to. Unless it is urgent you can't get an appointment Mental health issues are not urgent according to the overqualified receptionist You can only book an appointment online (a great number of people don't have the capacity to do this) pretty hard with Mental health issues Bridgemary medical centre waiting room is mostly empty Terrible surgery in my opinion
