Big thanks to their blood taker ( cant spell the proper term) I was very nervous today as have had issues in the past, but was put totally at ease, talked through the whole process and even though she had to have a second try as my first vein decided to not play it was painless and now 5 hours later not a bruise in sight.
I have been with this surgery for 69 years. I dont have one complaint against any one of their staff. Excellent service.
8 times Over the last year I have tried to make an appointment to see my GP. 8 times I have been told all appointments are booked and to phone back at 8 am the following Monday. I run my own business and I'm not always able to phone at 8 am on the dot and sit in a queue in the vain hope of getting an appointment. When I do get time to call!!
