I purchased my dress from Bridal Elegance today and all I can say is WOW. I worked with Angie who was AMAZING. She was very attentive and listened to what I liked and what kind of dresses I was looking for. She never made me feel uncomfortable or made me try on anything that was outside of my comfort zone. Nicole was amazing! She was so friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable. I was more than pleased with the service. I was just a walk-in, they had a few girls there trying on dresses. Nicole was working the front desk that day & she did everything she could to be there to assist me in the dress trying on process. She truly made me feel special & comfortable. Bridal Elegance was the first and last place I went to find my dream wedding dress. My dress was the 3rd dress I tried and I fell in love. Angie was nothing short of amazing! She wasn't pushy and I loved that she allowed my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law to intially pick out dresses with me. She then kept taking my bridesmaids back out to pull more dresses. Jessica was very sweet and allowed us the time we needed to find the beautiful dress that my daughter chose. There was no pressure to purchase other items...suggestions yes, but no pressure. Very nice experience for us! They have a great assortment and the dresses are very well organized by style.

Just got home from my first and only wedding dress shopping experience and it was amazing. The staff were helpful and kind, and we're truly customer oriented. They allowed my large family to join in on the fun, and I walked out with the dress of my dreams! It was a beautiful store, and would 100% recommend to anyone!

I had such a great experience at Bridal Elegance and was able to pick out my dress at the first appointment with Sam's help. She helped me feel special and think about what I really wanted from my wedding dress. My appointment went above and beyond my expectations!
