I said yes to my dress today at Bridal Elegance, and it truly was a day I will never forget. Emily was amazing, greeted me with warmth when I arrived, listened to what I wanted, pulled the perfect dresses, and the most important thing: made me feel comfortable!! What an incredible experience! From the minute I walked into the door I felt like everyone on the staff was rooting for me to find my dress. It’s awesome going through the dresses without a size on them that way I didn’t have to only focus on that! Emily was incredibly helpful and found dresses that truly fit my figure. Went here with my maid of honor, mother and mother in law to look for dresses for them to wear. Nobody greeted us at all when we walked in or when we were walking around. Nobody acknowledged us for 25 minutes!! It wasn’t busy and there were plenty of people standing around who kept looking over at us but never said a word. Glad I found my dress somewhere else because this place has zero organization and horrible customer service, would never recommend to anyone

This was my one and only bridal appointment, and I'm so glad for it! My consultant, Emily, was absolutely fantastic and pulled the perfect dress for me within the first 4 dresses I tried on. I upgraded to the Pearl appointment, which I would recommend for a fun surprise for your friends/family joining you. We started the appt with a sparkling wine and mimosa toast and enjoyed a lovely parfait bar and more. Shopping here was a wonderful experience. I ended up purchasing my wedding dress here thanks to the help of Emily. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel so special. And she was immensely fun to talk with (; I felt truly cared for here and I couldn't recommend them more.
