I'm SO happy I came to Bridal Elegance to search for a dress! Taylor was fabulous. Bridal elegance has the most caring team! The staff made sure to accommodate me and my entire group. Made me feel like a princess!! Plus the dress selection is beautiful with many discounts available! Totally recommend!!
We started our day with Sarah, she was patient and honest about styles and price. We moved on to another store to try more dresses and returned later for The Dress. Upon our return Nicole stepped in for Sarah since we did not have an official appointment. The non appointment worked because it was a Friday and not the weekend. Nicole was also patient and honest especially when it came to fit and sizing. She even had the alteration lady take a look. Both ladies were great to work with and made the experience fun.

10/10!!!!! Bought my bridesmaids dress at Renee Austin and I went to 29th street to get it altered. $75 dollars later....The sides puckered out, the straps were too lose and the hem was too long 🤦🏻♀️ Called bridal elegance to see if they could fix it and they exceeded my expectations!!! Carol was absolutely wonderful!!!! I am so glad I found them and I’ll be going back to get my wedding dress altered!!!! Thank you soooo much!!!!!
I had a great experience at Bridal Elegance! The staff is super friendly and helpful, while not being too pushy. I never felt any pressure to buy a dress that day. The dress selection is really nice and organized by style rather than price. My consultant gave great advice and encouragement all while keeping it fun and light. So glad I was able to find my dress here!
