5+ stars! My bridal elegance experience was beyond amazing! Angie, the one who helped me throughout my appointment, was extremely considerate, kind, attentive, and made me feel like a princess the entire time. I would suggest this bridal shop for every bride to be. 13/10 in my books! I am beyond pleased with every minute of my experience.
Such a wonderful selection, profession but so stylish staff, and peaceful spot to enjoy with the girls trying on bridal gowns! Even my newborn enjoyed herself/stayed relaxed and snuck in a nap! Angie knew the selection on the floor and was able to run and grab my gown, I was so eager I tried it on first! It’s so unique and fits my Celtic outdoor wedding! RecommendedAmber was absolutely amazing! We walked away from our experience at Bridal Elegance feeling like we gained a friend! She paid attention to every detail, took her time to really get to know my daughter and helped her find the perfect dress!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience!! It was super easy to book an appointment with Bridal Elegance online. I traveled 2.5 hours to Grand Rapids to find my perfect dress. I went to my appointment at 'Bridal Boutique, ' and my first impression was wow they really care for their dresses and customers!! It was so neat and clean.
