Bridal Dress I will have to say that the women here were very helpful when I bought my dress and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid dresses.
Poor Service, Snobby Attitude I emailed to set up an appointment, as well as to ask if they had samples of certain styles I wanted to try on in stock. After getting a confirmation on my appointment but no mention of the samples I just thought it was an oversight and headed out with my mom to my appointment. GREAT PLACE. I really had a great experience at this shop. Their staff is very helpfull and I was treated very well. I ended up taking my gown that I had purchased at another shop to Bridal elegance to be fitted. They did a great job. I can't say enough good thigs about them. They are always busy... so make an appointment.

Great Bridal Store I bought my wedding dress at Bridal Elegance. I admit that I was sceptical at first, because the building has a feeling of being high class, which would lead me to believe it was overpriced. I found the dress that I was looking for at this store easily and fell in love. Not very friendly I took my mother, sister and I to Bridal Elegance looking for a wedding dress. It was during the week mid day..you would think that their would be someone to help us. No one said hello, no one tried to help. Finally someone came over and started to show interest in us and that we were serious shoppers. They did have beautiful dresses, but I felt like we were an inconvience to the employees. The store was very nice and very organized, but I would not recommend them.
Bridal Elegance was a wonderful wedding experience! My first stop in wedding dress shopping was Bridal Elegance. I went in on a Monday night to dress shop by myself and worked with Molly who was wonderful! She suggested a few dresses, but for the most part just let me go through the dresses and select what I liked. Great Bridal Shop This bridal shop has some great dresses. Although some of the dresses are on the more pricey side, they do have a room with sample dresses for a fraction of the cost. The staff is very friendly too. Would definetly recommend to friends. The place is so nice inside!!
Inconsistent service When I went here to look for a wedding dress, the service was wonderful, they brought me dresses in the style and price range I wanted and it was just wonderful, they were all so nice. Then I went back about a week later, I wanted to see one dress again, I was torn between a dress there and at another place, and I had awful service.
