I wasn't planning on getting my dress today but thanks to my amazing consultants Deb and Amanda I said YES to the DRESS! They even let me bring my dog coco in to see me try on dresses!! They didn't like seeing coco sit out in a hot car and they let her lay down on the floor as I tried on the gowns. I would definitely recommend this shop to woman looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid dresses! Thank you Bridal Elegance for making me feel beautiful
I had an amazing experience at Bridal Elegance! I went in with a image in mind and they had the perfect dress for me!! I was very picky and they were very understanding! I called a couple of times for reassurance and to check on the status of my dress and everyone was very helpful! After I got my dress (that turned out perfect!) I hadn't purchased a veil yet. I should have written this review years ago - I LOVE Deborah and Bridal Elegance! My dress was beautiful, reasonably priced, and just perfect! So many vendors were flakey, but Bridal Elegance was prompt and reliable. Additionally, Deborah then came to my wedding, which was on Mother's Day, solely to lace up the corset back (she did it better than anyone else)! I can't think of better customer service! I highly recommend this business!
