I called Bridal Elegance and told them my price range. It was below what they usually start at, but Deborah had a dress in my size and price range and pulled it aside. I didn't end up with that dress, but she gave me two other dresses to try and the third dress was it. I had a "I just knew" moment. (Picture in comments) She worked with me on the price, and I got the dress of my dreams. She was so sweet and worked her schedule to meet with me. I absolutely recommended them. Beautiful shop.
We went to Bridal Elegance because I was basically tired of shopping after the second store, & a girl at the previous shop recommended it. I walked in already over it, but the ladies told me the experience would be magic & perfect. We told them what I wanted & they pulled dresses, the first dress I tried on ended up being the one. PSA do not use Bridal Elegance Tulsa for anything, ever! Deborah ordered not one, but 2 of my size 8 bridesmaids a size 18 dress and it cost one of them $240 to have it altered because they practically had to make her a new dress! Deborah is rude and acts as though helping you is a chore! Please take your business elsewhere :)
One of my favorite experiences yet! She helped me find the dress of my dreams and it was quick, easy, yet we felt so welcome!!!
When I first spoke with the owner, she seemed annoyed with me. Every interaction I had with her was similar, however she was very helpful in finding my perfect dress. I even got it half off!
The staff was very nice & helpful! I loved how I told/showed them things I was interested in & Deborah picked a handful of dresses that fit my interested & my budget & I wasn't overwhelmed with sooooo many dresses! Thank you Bridal Elegance! Can't wait to wear my dress!
Deborah was great! After finding my perfect dress, I went to my fitting and she was helpful and patient with me when I was running a bit late! So happy to have found such knowledgeable staff and they made me feel like a princess! Highly recommend if you are looking for a unique and beautiful dress!
