PSA do not use Bridal Elegance Tulsa for anything, ever! Deborah ordered not one, but 2 of my size 8 bridesmaids a size 18 dress and it cost one of them $240 to have it altered because they practically had to make her a new dress! Deborah is rude and acts as though helping you is a chore! Please take your business elsewhere :)
One of my favorite experiences yet! She helped me find the dress of my dreams and it was quick, easy, yet we felt so welcome!!!
When I first spoke with the owner, she seemed annoyed with me. Every interaction I had with her was similar, however she was very helpful in finding my perfect dress. I even got it half off!
The staff was very nice & helpful! I loved how I told/showed them things I was interested in & Deborah picked a handful of dresses that fit my interested & my budget & I wasn't overwhelmed with sooooo many dresses! Thank you Bridal Elegance! Can't wait to wear my dress!
Deborah was great! After finding my perfect dress, I went to my fitting and she was helpful and patient with me when I was running a bit late! So happy to have found such knowledgeable staff and they made me feel like a princess! Highly recommend if you are looking for a unique and beautiful dress!
Terrible customer service!! Deborah made me feel like a burden, she seemed super annoyed. My experience with this shop was not great. They seemed to be overbooked. Deborah kept getting interrupted by other consultants. She continued bringing me strapless dresses after I told her I didn’t want strapless dresses. She brought me dresses she thought I would look good in not what I would ask for. She was even pulled from my appt to go help someone else. Bridal Elegance in Tulsa had the best selection of dresses in the area!! It is a gem you don't want to pass up when dress shopping for your big day! They also paid for the alterations to add my bustle to my dress and steamed it the week of my wedding for free!
