I am so glad I picked Bridal Elegance as the place to get my wedding dress. I went in for my appointment, not even knowing exactly what i wanted, and an hour and five dresses later I was walking out with my dress put on layaway. The ladies there are so helpful, they make sure to listen to what you need, and give you the best experience possible. I'm even considering getting a reception dress from there, they are truly amazing.
I came to Bridal Elegance today and found THE dress! It was my first stop and second dress to try on. I really liked working with Joann and appreciated that she respected my budget!

The dresses were lovely as well as Johanna but the other two women I delt with were not pleasent to work with. Terrible customer service and ruined my bridal experience not to mention the rules are a bit ridiculous.
