Terrible customer service!! Deborah made me feel like a burden, she seemed super annoyed. My experience with this shop was not great. They seemed to be overbooked. Deborah kept getting interrupted by other consultants. She continued bringing me strapless dresses after I told her I didn’t want strapless dresses. Bridal Elegance in Tulsa had the best selection of dresses in the area!! It is a gem you don't want to pass up when dress shopping for your big day! They also paid for the alterations to add my bustle to my dress and steamed it the week of my wedding for free!
