I bought my wedding dress here, and I was happy every step of the way. Molly (was her name, if I remember correctly!) was great and patient in helping me pick my dress. Beautiful selection, and lots of price points. Everything went smoothly, from ordering and sizing, to the in house alterations. Every time I came in for an appointment, they knew right away who I was and what I was there for. The little jewelry store inside is great too, I love my pieces I bought there. Bridal Chateau is a beautiful bridal store. Cathy was my daughter's bridal consultant and she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, patient and gave us great suggestions. After searching in several bridal stores throughout the state, my daughter found her dream bridal down at Bridal Chateau! We would highly recommend this store.

Very nice..very helpful..My Granddaughter found her dress for next year! Yay! Great selections..and you could even get your accessories there....I would recommend to anyone...At least take a look❤️❤️🌹🌹💑💑

My daughter purchased her Senior Ball dress from Bridal Chateau. The service was leaps above any other store we have gone to in the past and her dress was a huge hit last night. My only regret is that I’m unable to post a picture of her in it for the staff to see the finished look. Because not only did we purchase her gown from them, we also bought her earrings and bracelet from their satellite store in the middle of their showroom! � thanks for the dress that was a head turner all night!!!!

By far the worst costumer service and outrageous prices. I have stood up in many weddings and never had issues like I just experienced. My dress was ordered way to big, so much that I had to get 12 inches taken in from the body. When I called bridal chateau they took 0 responsibility and wouldn’t help. They offered to handle the alterations however they started at $55. When you are already in over $200 this isn’t a great option. I will never do business with them again!

I am totally upset we paid for our brides maids dresses with the expectations for alterations! However, for months they told us they would handle our alterations only later to be told that due to the busy season they can not! I am reporting this to the news and telling everyone on social media. This is despicable!

Prior to visiting Bridal Chateau I went to a few other places and there was always something missing with the other dresses I tried on. I was looking for a blush color wedding dress and it seemed that my only option was going to be having something dyed or just getting a white dress. A friend suggested I try Bridal Chateau and I’m so glad I did. As soon as I walked in the door I found my dream gown. It was like a dream come true! I loved bridal chateau!!! They were very patient with me and let me try on a lot of dresses!! I felt so comfortable and was so happy to say yes to the dress here!!!!
