Went today for my 1st time ever trying on dresses had a great experience , I feel terrible I can't remember her name ; ( dark hair I remember she was a hair dresser and also lived in new York mabye (Jenny ). She was wonderful and so helpful ! I ended up saying YES to the dress ! They have beautiful dresses and I love that it's a family run business for the last 40 + yrs . Bridal Chateau went above and beyond recently helping my mom to purchase a Mother of the Bride dress. When she went for her first fitting she had a change of heart with the dress she ordered. She was so upset and the wedding was right around the corner. The Bridal Chateau staff jumped into action immediately and started pulling dresses in my Mom size that she could purchase off the rack! I can not thank you enough for saving the day and helping my mom find a dress that she loved!!
