I came to Bridal Chateau in search of my wedding dress today..i was very nervous sense it was my first time shopping for dresses. Jillian was a wonderful consultant and was so helpful and friendly! Not to mention my very clingy baby was there and wanted nothing to do with my mom or my bridesmaids that I had brought with me so i had to basically carry him through half the appointment and she was so sweet and understanding about it. I love my girls and their amazing work. Being apart of their team is excellent. They put thoughts and dedication to making all wedding dreams come true.
I got my dress here 4 years ago and have delt with them on several weddings. They are great with a lot of product and staff.
Not happy with this shop..dresses are over priced and are said sized to fit!..my sister's dress size measured a 6, huge..put it on a size 8 person fits!..everybody's dress to big so u have to pay for alterations!sales people are rude, I strongly don't recommend them!
