Amazing, amazing customer service! I needed to order a dress from out of state and was not able to try on the specific dress I needed, so I was pretty worried about ordering the right size. The consultant, Beth, who helped me over the phone walked me through the sizing and helped me choose the size that would be best for me. I said yes to the dress yesterday at Bridal Chateau. Molly was AMAZING and so knowledgeable. She was so patient and showed me so many dresses, veils, and accessories. She picked out the dress I fell in love with and it was unlike anything else I was trying on elsewhere. I also found my bridesmaids dresses there and we got a discount! I highly recommend Bridal Chateau!
Had the best experience at Bridal Chateau and Jen, the consultant that worked with me was awesome. They were my second dress shop I had went to and I wish I would have just went to them in the first place. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, even though they were in the middle of a big sale and very busy.
Love this place they went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional
Wonderful staff, from Taylor at the front desk to Ashley who pulled multiple dresses for me and never once acted annoyed. Fantastic experience!
