I got engaged in March of this year and immediately began my dream of searching for the perfect wedding dress. After three other shops, rude consultants, and a lot of disappointment (to the tune of maybe 15-20 other dresses) I came to the Bridal Chateau with high hopes. My bridesmaids and I worked with Tina to find them each the perfect dress. Tina is so sweet! She was great at suggesting styles, clipping the dresses perfectly, and answering all of our questions. Everyone found something that fit their personality and style! Thank you Tina!
Went for dress shopping after looking at a few other places. I must say customer service is by far the best here and they are so helpful with working with payments and wanting your experience to be the best experience possible. I had Kristen both times I went to shop and for my bridesmaid dresses and each time I went it was a great experience. Great dress selection and the prices are not bad either. I would def recommend this store to anyone.

I tried on about 6 dresses and ended up picking the first one I tried on! I can’t wait to pick up my dress 🥰
