Kristen was so amazing! She made my experience at Bridal Chateau so enjoyable and stress free!!! I really had no clue what I was looking for and Kristen helped me so much, in fact the dress I ultimately chose was one that she suggested! She really knows her stuff and she is super sweet and down to earth! She made me so comfortable and my family loved her! Thank you so much Kristen for helping me find my dress!!!!

Shelby was FANTASTIC! She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable with whatever ideas and styles I liked. She made suggestions and picked dresses she knew I’d love based off of what she knew about me in the short time we talked! Thank you for getting me into my dream dress ✨

I had a great experience working with Molly at Bridal Chateau! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and Molly was so helpful finding an array of dresses within my style and budget. She really paid attention to my reactions and feelings on each and every dress and the last dress I tried was the perfect one! Beautiful, great quality and wouldn’t change anything about it! I wasn’t expecting to find my dress so fast but the appointment was such a fun experience. Thank you again!

Today was my first bridal appointment and truthfully I was pretty nervous. Well let me tell you, from the moment I set foot in the bridal shop, I was greeted with such warmth and reception. I had a wonderful bridal consultation with Cathy and I could not have been more thrilled. After a very discouraging bridal appointment at another bridal shop, BC was such a breath of fresh air. Meagan was unbelievably sweet, helpful and encouraging. She made me feel so comfortable throughout my whole appointment. I loved the laid back atmosphere and at no point in time were they trying to sell me on a dress that exceeded my budget or something that I wasn’t really into. I had an amazing experience at Bridal Chateau. As a plus size bride, there’s always that worry about if a shop carries any samples in your size and if they do, will they have enough variety. Not once did I feel like I didn’t have just as much selection as anyone else would. There were plenty samples AND sale gowns in a variety of styles. Meegan was so great and after scrolling through my Pinterest knew exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressure to buy, or rushed.
