Nice Place To Go I had 2 daughters getting married weeks apart, Bridal Chateau had such a great variety of dresses that both girls were able to find their bridal gowns as well as bridesmaid dresses. Bridal Chateau was very helpful and courteous with each visit (and there were many). I bought both MOB dresses there as well. They gave my daughters a discount because of the number of dresses that we bought. Debbie did alterations on both bridal gowns and MOB dresses and they turned out great. Brides Beware! My future niece picked up her dress and when she took it out of the bag, there was a hole in the front that could easily be seen (that wasn't there when she tried it on). Theory is that an employee stepped on it when bagging it. Four days before the wedding the hole was noticed and Bridal Chateau was not at ALL helpful. They were rude and unsympathetic and told her they couldn't see the dress until the day before the wedding without guarantee of doing anything about it. Very Happy I drove an hour and 1/2 into buffalo looking for a dress by Da Vinci that i had been loooking for everywhere and i found it at Bridal Chateu. The dress looked very nice, but i did not buy it becuase after looking at all the dresses that they had on the racks i found a dress that made the Da Vinci one look like rags. The lady who helped me was very nice and made the buying process very understandable. i put a down payment on the dress that day. I am so excited and i cant wait to go pick my dress up. Lets get real.......... Weddings are a very stressful time. I think the focus should be on the fact that before God you are promising a life of love and not focusing on the fact that your dress may not be the exact ivory you wanted it to be. I think we need to give the bridal shops a break, they are doing the best that they can. I know Bridal Chateau is.

Never Again!! My sister was getting married and picked out her gown from here. The bridal party found dresses that we absolutely fell in love with and chose to get them here as well. The service was ok. But the sewing and alterations were HORRIBLE!!!! The dresses began unstitching after the wedding and you can just imagine how they looked by the time the reception rolled around. order there/ alterations else where well so far they were very nice, trying dresses on. Going back to order them with my girls. However due to the wonderful reviews on the alterations, ill be going else where. Im not a bridezilla but i sure dont put up with BS!!! so thank you to those with the warnings:)

Don't go any where else I have been there many times. Service and sales people were great. I have seen some of the so called proplems people claim to have had. Unruly children running around unsupervised, no body to yell at them but staff or owner. Some people unhappy with sales or alterations, you can make some of the people happy all the time, you can make all of the people happy some of the time, you can't make all the people happy all the time. Don't get anything altered here! I would not recommend Bridal Chateau. I was a bridesmaid and went to just about every appointment with my friend between getting her dress and our bridesmaid dresses. While most of the dealings were ok, when it came to alterations, it was a nightmare. First, I know that Sandy faked my measurements to be too big when I ordered my dress. Won't give them my business ever again They have the world's most rude, condescending sales girls ever. They totally botched alterations I had done on a bridesmaid dress and then had the audactiy to tell me that's the way it's supposed to look. I had to fight with them to fix it correctly, and then I got huffs and puffs and attitude. Another girl had problems with them while I was there and they threatened to call the police on her. Terrible! I don't know how they stay in business.
