I can't recommend Bridal Chateau enough! My dress was gorgeous and my shopping experience was so much fun. They even came through with extra fabric at the absolute last minute, which we used to tailor my gown and create a custom facemask.
We had such an amazing experience with Cathy in the VIB room. My friends and I wanted a little magic for our Bride friend who hadn’t really gotten excited about dress shopping yet. The room itself is gorgeous and the champagne and charcuterie board made it indulgent and glamorous. The Bride found her dress and Cathy took such good care of us and her!! I was in last week for my wedding dress appointment and just wanted to say thank you for making the day special. My consultant Deb was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and listened to what I was looking for. Your staff was friendly and professional. I was able as well to find my dream dress and got the sale price ahead of the sale that was coming up which helped my budget tremendously. The women here are extremely friendly and nice. I’ve worked with two very amazing women. They have been nothing but helpful and made me and my bridal party feel comfortable. Plus, since I got my dress here all my bridesmaids get discounts! 😊
I don’t normally post reviews, but I had an AMAZING experience with Taylor at Bridal Chateau. I went by myself and I kind of knew what I wanted but couldn’t find it. I was fully prepared to settle for something I liked but didn’t love. Taylor went through half a dozen dresses with me with me saying unhelpful things like “I don’t like this but I don’t even know why.” Lol she was so patient and helpful and really listened to me.
