Bric have been the best student lettings company I have lived with during my 4 years of living in student properties. Compared to others their maintenance team is so quick and fix my problems so quickly. When I was locked out of my house they had someone round within 5 minutes to let me in. I would highly recommend .
Worst housing experience I've had in Liverpool. Prior to moving in the house required work done to it. There was quite a bit of rubbish out in the front porch, Flimsy desks that could barely stand up straight. We were told the house was gonna get painted and all the mess from the front would be removed before we move in. Nothing was ever done about this.
