Friendly, professional staff with free tea and coffee in a clean waiting area. They explain work clearly and treat you like a person, not just a customer. My recall repair was done in a couple of hours, and they even brought my car to me due to my mobility issues. Only downside: no valeting service. Otherwise, I’ll keep using them for all my car needs.

Terrible service paying £8 for a small car to be washed for them to miss every little bit of the car to then ask to re do it to be swore at in his language which I understand with being Muslim myself no tyre shine put onto tyres I would of being better to go to a car wash were can do it myself which would of cost me £3 for the job that they have done I would avoid these and use the car wash just up the road from them won’t be using again TERRIBLE service
