Briar house staff are always lovely and welcoming and make a total fuss of my dog to calm him down when he’s waiting to see the vet. The vets are 100% professional and always give us very helpful advice even if not related to what we’re seeing them for. It is obvious they love animals and their jobs and care so much for my dog’s well being. They make us feel safe and well-cared for.

Needed an emergency appointment at the weekend. I was seen within the hour. All of the staff are very professional and warm and I felt confident my cat would be well looked after. The vet explained what she had done and explained what I would need to do going forward. She was very clear and patient with me. I feel happy knowing my cat is in good hands.

Very friendly and welcoming and have a genuine love for cats, it's not all about the dogs :)
