Disgraceful service, brought a ms211 Stihl chainsaw from Briants and when I used it broke within 3 days. Returned it to them and now they won’t honour the warranty as a part was missing that they hadn’t put on (Trying to blame me for it) Currently trying to get them to sort it out but every time I call they say they will contact me later about it and never do. Brought all of my equipment from Briants for my gardening business over the years spent thousands and they still couldn’t care less.

Friendly and helpful. Good range of high quality goods from the likes of Honda, Stihl and Milwaukee. Plenty of parking across the road.

I can't speak highly enough of the their customer service. The staff that dealt with my initial telephone enquiries couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. When I arrived at their premises the item I was interested in was packed and ready to be picked up and the counter staff proved to be just as good. They also proved to be knowledgeable about the item I was buying and could answer my questions about it.
