Fake posts all over their windows to lure you in for unreal price. The lying agent will smile and tell you that one is gone, crazy market!! I came back to UK after 5months, same ones on their windows
This estate agent constantly list properties at good prices online and after listing it for less than 24 hours show the property as sold. Happened so many times now where I've enquired on day 1 of a listing only to find out that before listings the property is sold...just so dodgey. Just makes me think they are listing for the sake of it even though they have sold the property behind closed doors....don't trust them...
