I am so glad I went to see Dr Cook. After a really bad experience elsewhere, I relied on good reviews others had left for Dr. Cook. I was not disappointed! Dr. Cook did a very thorough exam and explained my options in detail. I think I have finally found a dental home.
I have anxiety with dental procedures and this staff made me feel very comfortable.
Arrived early called before appointment time great personal
First time back after Covid related two year absence. Also first time teeth cleaned after starting Eliquis. Hygienist had a delicate touch even with having to deal with the buildup after the two year absence, and dealt easily with the extra bleeding from the Eliquis. No mouth soreness. Dr Cook as always first rate.
Dr. Cook, his dental assistants and his overall practice, including administrative staff are one of the very best I’ve used in my 80 years of living in 13 States and 7 Countries. He is extremely thorough, practices superb dentistry and is always conscious of his patient’s comfort and tolerance to pain. I highly recommend him and his assistants for your dental needs.
This is my first visit and I found everyone welcoming accommodating and professional.
We’ve been going to Dr. Cook since 2015. One of the best, if not the best, dentist I’ve ever had. Takes a conservative approach to dental work and he corrected problems I had from another dentist. Highly recommend Dr. Cook!
Highly recommend Twickenham Family Dentistry! Dr. Cook is outstanding technically, as well as in patient care/relations. He always answers questions and explains the procedures before starting work, and really connects with you on a person to person level. His dental assistants (like Maggie) are very competent and patient-focused. Scheduling and insurance process is smooth and staff (like Stephanie) is friendly and helpful! Great experience all the way around!
Everyone from front desk to hygienist to Dr. Cook is pleasant, friendly, accommodating, and competent.
