Everyone was very nice. The office was clean and modern.Dr. Cook was very personable. He explained everything very well.

The facility itself is super clean and relaxing. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable about each patients history and on top of all issues you could possibly have. I love the entire team and my hygienist is the absolute best!!! I couldn’t say enough about how comfortable they make patients! I recommend TFD to everyone!
Dr Cook took his time explaining the multiple steps and visits involved with my situation. He was thorough and very kind throughout the process. His number one concern was my comfort and safety. I appreciate everything he did for me and because of his care, I am on my way to a full restoration.
Just went for the 1st time and had an amazing experience! From the front desk staff when you first walk in to the hygienist and the dentist, every single person was lovely and knowledgeable. I saw the female dentist at the practice and she was excellent. They were more thorough than my previous dentist’s practice, but also conservative with the plan and not pushy at all. Can’t say enough good things!
I’ve been a patient at Twickenham Family Dentistry for a couple years at least. I think both Doctors and all staff are great!
I have never been a fan of dental visits, but I have found a place that I have confidence and comfort in Twickenham Family Dentistry. Very kind, efficient and thorough is how I would describe this practice and I absolutely recommend them as a dental provider.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr has a very nice “chair side” manner. Very considerate of patient stress levels and comfort.
