Very unprofessional conduct, incorrect diagnosis. I can’t tell full story without divulging personal health information of myself and daughter. I’ve never posted a review on anyone or anything in my life besides this horrible experience at twickenham dentistry with Dr. Brian Cook.
Visit was for cleaning and evaluation. Dental technicians were personable, friendly, capable, professional, and proficient.Dr. Cook was thorough, personable, friendly, and explained his evaluation clearly.I am 74 years old and have not been to a better dentist.
Dr. Kestner and staff are exceptional! I fully recommend Twickenham Family Dentistry.

The office was poorly organized and the staff was disrespectful to patients who were new . They lost my appointment in the computer or simply canceled it to give my appointment to another person. The staff would not allow me to talk the Dr Cook to discuss my concerns. I would recommend you consider other Dentist.
