The service department went above and beyond in handling a warranty issue on my Grand Cherokee. From the ease of knowing exactly where to go, the flexibility of not having a strict appointment time, to providing a loaner car to occupy the wait, and the phone call that the work was complete. Outstanding service! When I got back in my car to leave, I noticed that they even washed it! It was a really great experience, and one more reason I am so happy I purchased my new Grand Cherokee from Brian Bemis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

We had a great experience at Brian Bemis. We had been searching for a 2017 Dodge Durango. We found one on the internet. We sent a email explaining that we lived 2 and a half hours away and that we wanted the bottom dollar that they could offer us. They replied back to us immmediately and they ended up getting us the best price around. They even beat our home town car lot. We had walked out of 3 other dealerships because of sales people telling us one thing over the phone and when we got there the price was higher. We called Robert - he gave us a price - we came and looked at the car and bought it. Couldn't have been any easier. This is the 2nd car we have bought here over the phone. This dealership is great to work with and Robert was very nice and knowledgeable. We will start here the next time we need a vehicle. Thanks for making car buying a nice experience.

The service department was very helpful in getting our seat covers replaced in no time after our awful experience with a Beloit dealership we made the mistake of trusting with the purchase of a new Chrysler 300. Service is everything after your purchase and Brian Bemis sure gets it. We will be using them for our future car buying and service. Bought all my vehicles from there the last 10 years! I was just in there last week and traded my Wrangler for a 2017 Dodge Challenger RT SCAT Pack.
