When I bought my Jeep Compass in 2014....Larry was very nice guy ...he showed us all the options I could have ...but no....I wanted a new jeep...so he finally called me to the service area ...and Whoa !!!! I took my husband's Jeep Wrangler in for a routine oil change and possible tire rotation. I left the rotation up to the advisor since I wasn't sure if the Jeep needed it yet. Tony got the vehicle in right away and when the service was complete, Tony explained that the tires didn't need to be rotated yet and they would check again at the next service...wow honesty! Once I got in the Jeep I found that the dashboard had been wiped down, floor mats cleaned, the vehicle was washed and tires were shined! Kudos to the service team!... read more
