they ripped me off for over 6000 miles and dio not even care rhey are liars and horrible people who have treated me with complete disrespect please stay far away they do not care about their customers i am devastated and it means nothing to anybody at this company
I've been driving in Iowa with an expired drive away plate for two months. The title clerk Sara Lemen 815-991-2710 will not return my calls. I call and ask for a manager, they ask what the issue is and they send me to Sara. Great way to do business. I would expect this from a small backyard dealership but not from one with so many locations. Sad

New app and video they provide via your phone is helpful. Just an oil change, but all we as expected.
Had a wonderful experience with my sales woman... have had horrible experiences with their service department. My advice is always double check the work done to your vehicle!
