New sales peope are not knowledgeable I was not shown enough cars than was sold a different car than test drive we ask sale lady if this was the same car about 20 times she said yes . But after 1 wk it is not the same car .now they don't care .I ask for one with remote start this one does not have it .it was willy to fix the problem Sean said there was nothing he could do . I had a great experience at Brian Bemis. I knew exactly what I was looking for and felt no pressure to buy or lease a vehicle. Jeff and Robert were both patient and understanding while helping me make a decision I was comfortable with. Briana is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to Jeeps, what a great experience. Definitely will be back to buy when I plan to trade in my other car as well.
From customer to employee... this company may have good times but mainly shitty ones... Clearly there are plenty of complaints.... as u can see... from service to the sales department.... this is just a money hungry sales pushing company.... Do better research!! Better places to go!
