Great service and great people. They searched for exactly the fully loaded truck we wanted and found it. They had everything written up for us, we worked out the terms and completed the paperwork. It was a great process and we love our 2020 Ram 2500.
The service department has the worst customer service and apparently doesn’t communicate. 0/10
We negotiated and agreed on a price for 2019 Ram truck. At no time was the deal contingent on any other factor, however, when I arrived to purchase the truck without my trade-in offer was retracted. As it turns out they only made the offer assuming I would trade in my old truck to them for their offer of $250.00, which Carmax offered to purchase outright for $3000.00.
