Lady that appeared to be the leader was very arrogant and abrupt, lacked polite customer service skills. Rather go to buy flowers in the mercury centre, you will be welcomed with a smile there. Also, brewery has limited parent and child spaces as is but this business always blocks one out for their van which isnt fair to parents with small kids.
