Excellent service from Brevis for my property sale. Upon quoting, I could call Brevis and discussed regarding my enquiry even at around 6:30pm 🤩. The signup is simple and straightforward. After signing up, I was given access to an online portal, which instructs me all the steps & documents I need to complete. My partner and I appointed Brevis as first time buyers in September 2022, and only managed to complete within the final few weeks of our mortgage offer (3rd Feb 2023) We found the whole process with Brevis incredibly frustrating and disorganised, as we had been asked to submit the same documents multiple times without any explanation as to why. Stay far clear of this solicitor. We opted for Brevis for the transparency of the online dashboard, this couldn’t be further from the case. A very stressful 6 months were spent constantly chasing Brevis over email for updates on our property purchase, usually being told that there was no update to give as there was no further progress from our conveyancer.
