The office staff is efficient and friendly. They have great hours and the staff is knowledgeable and takes time to help you understand what’s going on. It’s hard to find places like this that really care and a pleasant surprise!
Dr Scotch spent a decent amount of time with me going over my sinus CT Scan and explaining everything we saw. He is detailed in his explanations of the course of action and is more than eager to begin the path to a solution with non-surgical methods first. He and his staff are cognizant of the requirements of the insurance companies and is sensitive to the cost of the treatment borne by the patient.
