Received last minute appointment for an emergency. The appointment was with a doctor I never seen before,Dr. Hope A. Bueller . She was wonderful, smart ,caring and professional. She spent a lot of time with me. She explained everything she was doing. She is definitely an asset to the office! Feeling better already! Thank you Dr Bueller
Dr Scotch is a most astute diagnostician with state of the art procedures and equipment. He is a masterful and thorough ENT and he has a most efficient and professional staff. Wait time to see him in office is minimal. Having worked five years in an ENT office myself, I highly recommend his services and I have recommended him to family and friends.

DR. SCOTCH AND HIS STAFF ARE AMAZING. THEY SHOW GENUINE CONCERN TO THEIR PATIENTS, ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPASSIONATE. THEY SPEND TIME WITH THEIR PATIENTS, ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS, AND IT IS EVIDENT THAT THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT THEM. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRACTICE HAS BEEN VERY POSITIVE!!
