Brought my daughter in for allergies. We saw the nurse practitioner. She was absolutely wonderful. I loved the way she addressed my daughter eye to eye. Her approach was perfect. ??
The entire office staff is very professional and friendly . I had tubes put in my sons ears by Dr. Scotch at 1 year old after he had 7 ear infections his first year. No subsequent ear infections ! I appreciate them being accommodating with my now 2 year old especially during covid .
Appointment for hearing aids went very well. Great explanations of equipment and what to expect. Only downside was I called the phone number posted and left a message as I couldn’t get through. But there was no call back received. Also texted to say I was there but again no response. Had I waited for a response I might still be sitting there as I have yet to hear back from either message. If you want this system to work all the time it needs to be monitored better.
