Dr Scotch explained everything he checked and did a very thorough exam. I have been to numerous doctors about my sinus issues and was going to give up but decided that I would try one more time. Turns out all that stupid “post nasal drip” is because I’m apparently allergic to everything that grows outside. But not one single doctor bother to do that simple allergy test so I have suffered needlessly for decades. My experience at SCOTCH institute was phenomenal. From the receptionist very welcoming. I had a hearing test,it was very professional. And Dr hope Bueller helped with my virtigo. All the staffs are very welcoming.
I’ve seen Dr. Scotch and he listened to my concerns carefully. He set up a few tests with his office. I did all of them and the rest of the team was so wonderful with my care and concerns! Great office, I would recommend them to anyone!
I was extremely impressed by the true concern showed from your staff in caring for my father. Everyone was efficient and went out of their way to make sure he was seen in a timely manner. Both providers were very professional and thorough in providing care for my father. I have only positive things to say about the visit.

Dr. Seper and the staff were caring, efficient, and professional. Dr. Seper listened to my concerns, addressed each one, and provided information, her expert advice, and solutions or a follow up plan. I feel very confident having her as the provider for my health care needs.
Both my daughter and I had a great experience with everyone there from receptionist to PA to Drs. Very thorough, helpful and caring.
