Doctors are good and well knowledged, very informative. The available to check in is very poor after 7 visits I have not had a successful check-in yet by phone or text, finally checked in at the door. I am not the best texted and can not get answer by phone. The internet service has not been able to let me connect my phone and hearing aids the last 2 visit.
Visit went very well once I got in. We were asked to call a number once we arrived (#was on front door) after 10 minutes of trying one of the nice young lady was walking from one office to another ask us if we had a problem. We said yes and she just said fallow me I check you on. You might want to check way no one could check in by phone

No - check in took 30 minutes and the staff was unfamiliar with the computer system and the one familiar did not help us. Check out was not good. We needed FSA documentation and my wife and I received different documentation.
Dr. Scotch was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns.
I was having trouble with my ear and wanted help, they explained what was the answer was and I am in the process of trying to correct it.
Appointment time was as desired. Check in was very appropriate, and professionally done. Office environment was safe and private., with adequate ambient and indoor lighting. Staff are very professional both technically and personally. All aspects of visit were well beyond expectation.
