I paid everything i was asked to pay (100% of their quote) at the time of service. Months later they come up with an additional bill. You know this is threatening and wrong. Its to small of an amount to fight and just ruins your credit. Good honest people with good credit are their victims. SHAME ON THEM. The word will get around for sure. What would you do if someone you bought something from all of a sudden demands more money after you paid their full price quote. Would you pay it?
They are 100% about the MONEY . I did a telehealth for general test results. My appt. was for 1:45pm. They didn't let me know they were gonna be late so I had to call them like i have time to baby a Dr.'s office to do their JOB & if they are gonna be late, to at least let me know instead of having me wait in front of a computer while i have to WORK. Professionalism. The entire experience was professional and ran like clockwork. Everyone knew their job, shared status of my surgery, kept me informed, and did their jobs.
I would not recommend Dr. Scotch and his practice. My husband scratched the skin in his ear but could hear fine. He was seen by the PA for 4 visits over 2 months before finally calling in Dr. Scotch. My husband’s ear got worse during that time following the PA’s advice. When Dr. Scotch came in, he was unfamiliar with my husband’s case. An audiometry test done early on showed his hearing was affected, but no details were given. Dr. Scotch has bed side manners and takes time to listen at your concerns Professional and Courteous Very thorough with examination he takes a nutritious approach with health issues.

Wonderful eperience. Sr Scotch took the time to explain everything to me and gave me a thourough examination. Office staff was pleasant and office was very clean. No wait at all. Went in with 10 minutes or getting there. Yes I would recommend him!
I took an elderly friend to Scotch institute and was amazed that how much time and patience they took with my friend who's 99 years old she was also amazed at how well they worked with her. If I was to choose a place to go for ears nose and throat this is where I would pick for myself
First time there - and all in all it was great! I'll post another review after my follow up to see how things went!
