Brent was very professional and personable. He was very accommodating to my needs. The day of the showing i was running behind schedule and was late and missed the time frame. Brent was so accommodating that he reopened the home for me so i could see the home. As a result I loved the home and was approved for the home. I was very impressed by his great customer service!
