Bret has helped us with multiple transactions (building, leasing, selling) over the past 4 years and has always been a pleasure to work with. He always responds extremely quickly and makes you feel like you are the most important client. He always helps to move the process along by staying proactive and following up with the other party and passing along information to us immediately. I was very apprehensive when I decided to sell my home. I had so many questions and didn't know exactly where to turn. Buying a home can be stressful, hard and overwhelming. Having Bret on our side made the process 100 times easier than I could have ever imagined. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to assist us throughout the whole process - even when we decided to up and switch lenders at near to the last minute! Bret is hands-down the best realtor that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. 10/10, would highly recommend, and in the event we ever decide to move again, we wouldn't think of using anyone else.

First off, Great Guy! Was honest about what he believed we can do to sell our house. Everything he said that would happen, happened and Then some. We are very pleased with Bret. The sale of our house was flawless and extremely quick. Couldn’t have gone any better!

Bret is a great realtor to have. He is very quick to respond and is always willing to go explore a new house. He provides feedback on little things that you wouldn't pay attention to when looking for a house. He has a lot of resources to provide you with for house maintenance. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This was the easiest real estate transaction that I was ever involved in. My wife and I are most pleased with the way Bret handled this. From the first phone conference with him about the possibilities to the closing everything went smooth as silk. We had a number in mind that we would like to net and the closing number was above that. What more could you ask for. We will definitely call on Bret again.
