Bret is very knowledgeable. He was so patient with us even though we took a year and some trying to find the right house and he stuck with us through it all. Answer all our questions any time of the day, everyday. Once we found the right house he helped us with negotiating and getting us with the right people during and after closing to make sure everything goes smooth. Very happy with Bret's hard work to get us what we wanted.

My mother is not technology savvy or patient and is moving from outside Dallas, Tx to Richmond, Tx. Going into this we are all extremely nervous and didn't know how it was going to go. Bret swooped in and set her up with an Ipad loaded to go with listing matching exactly what she was looking for. She visited us in Sugar Land for 4 days and within those 4 days, Bret found her a house in the most amazing neighborhood for her age.
