We hired him to buy a new construction for us. While he did ok job during the process he definitely could learn to be a client advocate instead of just focused on getting the deal done

Bret is fantastic! He helped us years ago to find a rental property and we came back to him to buy our house. He made everything as easy as buying a house can be. He was available at all hours and weekends to help us. We looked at A LOT of houses and he was extremely patient. I like to think we not only gained a realtor, but also a friend. After buying our home a year ago we found ourselves having to relocate. There is no one I would trust to sell our home than Bret! He made the time to come over and speak with me about things to do to get the house ready to show our home, made sure we had the best photos taken and worked with me to make sure our house was shown and offers were handled quickly and efficiently. We sold our home in 8 days! I cannot recommend Bret enough!
