Bret did an awesome job helping us find and buy a home. He did not delay in pulling together a written offer for the home in a competitive situation, and negotiated on our behalf. Our family's bid won and we were able to buy the home we wanted. Later we found out our offer was not the highest, but because of the written offer that Bret helped us prepare and submit for us, we were the most qualified bidder and were thus chosen.
