Bret is on top of every detail. As a seller, I often times found that as I was typing away to text or about to call Bret about a concern or thought, he was calling or texting me! It was a great experience and we would not hesitate to use his services again.

Bret Wallace was a very caring, knowledgeable, patient and attentive realtor. We worked on selling my house as a short sell for almost 2 years due to problems with my bank. He constantly kept me up to date on my house, he had to constantly stay on top of the bank and we finally got my house sold. If it wasn't for Bret being my realtor I know for a fact I would have never sold my house and I would be in major debt. So thanks to Bret I can sleep better at night!!!
