Oliver and Neal worked very hard in a difficult market and were successful in selling a property which was difficult to sell as it needed work and was in a conservation area. I woud not hesitate to recommend them .
Breslauers - Are they lucky having Neal. He’s not like the usual estate agent , he’s just sold our house after six months of an offer being made on our house , he didn’t put any pressure on us. hes very genuine, so helpful and a real gentleman just a lovely man . Was really a pleasure dealing with him .
We recently completed on our purchase and this was 6 months after our offer was accepted. The whole process took extremely long and the deal could have easily fallen through if it wasn’t for Neal. He remained on top of the whole process, keeping us (the buyers) and the sellers up to date with the progress from either side. Neil was very professional yet friendly from the outset. It was a very different experience to most other estate agents which is definitely a good thing. I never once felt pressured or chased during the buying process - the check ins were done at a good pace and with no stress - this made a huge difference. Just before Christmas 2023 my 96 year old uncle finally agreed to move into a Care Home.
